Reflection (from biology)

Past:
As a human being...as a girl in particular,I started as a cell as small as small as the dot after this sentence...or even smaller, since it is microscopic.It means that you have to use a microscope in order to see and observe this 'particular cell'.Microscopes magnify things.Changes undergoing with in a cell were observed by the use of microscope.I just came from a fertilized egg called the "zygote".This zygote grew bigger and bigger inside her mother's womb....
Do you know who this zygote is?
He he he...It's me!
There, in my mother's womb,I learned some movements that I might use after birth.I don't exactly know...but maybe...I did smile, kick,punch and even yawn inside there!
These movements are just some of what a fetus (which was me) can do inside her mother's womb.I stayed there for months.After nine months in my mother's womb,at last...the day has come...I am to be born.
Present:
Hey, how do you do?
From past...I am now to present!
Now...I am studying in this university...Guess?
Uhm...clue..we are called Upians.Another, our school has this motto "Democratized access to better education for the underprivileged".

Nice...My school is U.P.(university if the Philippines for long, he eh).I have friends all around me whom I know by person.They are also my friends whom I know by face and some...by name!
I have noisy, talkative but caring classmates who completes my day('char').
As an offspring,I inherited some traits from my mother and some from...of course...my father it's very obvious.Traits which include mental and physical characteristics.In my path as a student, facing challenges and difficulties are natural occuring.Difficulties..heheh...
which includes...
-test
-exams
-quizzes
and challenges...gegege...
-showing talents(even if I don't have)
-abilities and..
-mixing studies with my responsibility.
Luckily,I have friends whom I could run to when I need help.I am more independent than before...but not financially.I don't need sermons and talks coz' I've got my common sense.I do not need much time for playing,talking and hanging out with my friends as a child always do.You don't have to command me and tell me what to do..
How time flies..lately i was just talking about the present, now, we are in the future!
Few years from now,or should I say in the near future, each of us will have each set of family.Of course...we will have our own work to do and face the challenges that will be encountered.In short,each of us will just lead each life into a road.A road that would take you to a place you do not expect.
Heck?! wait a minute,before I forget...this post was made for our Biology.Mme.Carvajal told us to make a reflection about our past, present, and the near future...
Speaking of Biology..
As what I've learned from this subject.."today we are the proud of the family...someday, we will have someone to be proud of"......

I am now a sophy!,of course...one of the sophies.
Hep!let us reminisce the unforgettable moments of the year,when each of us shared our hearts,knowledge and friendship.
Let's start from the beginning...
The enrolment:We ran here and there to get the teachers signature of the teachers for us to be cleared.
The start of classes:Of course, we were all excited.Who wouldn't be?
you will be in another classroom,another section,with another classmates!
It will be another year of challenges,but with friends...I know I'll carry on.
The Buwan ng Wika!:Last August 2007 did we celebrate this occassion.We did have games.Some did dance.
Then came the Intramurals! The greatest day of the year! where all students were wearing different5 colors.Different colors which represents their year level.Green t-shirt is for first years,yellow for the second years,blue for the third years and last but not the least...red for the fourth years.Each year level has its own name:freshies are for the first ears, sophies are the title for the second years, juniors for the third years and seniors are for the fourth years.
There were games such as the badminton--which we won as the champion
volleyball--for which the crown again went to us
badminton--we were again the champion
softball--which we were the second(char!).I am included there
scrabble--we are the third??!
soccer--he he!! we were the fourth
ping pong--we are the third??!
basketball--we were the third(I'm not so sure about this one)maybe...maybe not.
There were also dance sports like the cheer dance and the pop jazz.
In cheer dance, we ranked as the fourth(he he) as usual
In the pop jazz,we were in the third place.
There were also contests in singing...there was a doblekara, a duet, and a solo.We won the fourth place in the doblekara,third in the duet and fourth again in the solo contest.That happened in the last day.In the first day, was te opening ceremony of the Intramurals.Of course,there were the Mr. and Ms.intrams for the year.Our Ms. intrams was Kristine Gay Ardiente, and our Mr.intrams was Levi Atibula Jr.Kristine was also our lakambini in first year and Levi was also his partner(how cute!).In the second day were the games, as I mentioned above.The intramurals is over now...
Now, we'll go to the Sci-Tech week!
like the intrams..all students were required to wear their ear level color.Of course I wore yellow.Yellow bananas...Yellow kalabasa! as what they call us.There were also games such as:
ice water relay--which was very fun
slow bike--which needs balancing
another brick on the wall(I am not sure if this is really the name..but it sounds like this one)
bridge building;
balancing a tower...and the bungee madness(i don't know if this is the correct spelling)
Now, we'll go to the periodical tests: Students carry their books everywhere they go to study(that's how studious the were)
Well,well,well,fourth periodical test is coming:I think I should write about that one,so...better go ahead..love ya!..bye!!

Being a stargazer

This year is my second year and second time in the Stargazers society club.
°Why did I chose to be a stargazer?
Stargazing,of course, includes science--astronomy is the major part.If you had read my blog entitled"myself" then you will know that I love astronomy above all.One thing,before I forgot to tell you,I love gazing at stars.In our house, when the night is clear and the weather is fine,I always get out and bring my blanket,pillow,flashlight, and my Science-c(my first year)book.I choose a place where no trees can block my view.
°Had I experienced overnight stargazing in U.P. or in other school?
My answer to that is yes.I had experienced several overnight stargazing here in U.P.-- probably about three or four stargazing nah and, all was great.Even though you'll have a headache in the morning,It was still fun.You'll have enough time to chat with your friends in the evening and gaze stars in the late evening.To add the fun,there were film showings made in the LEADER for those who want to watch them.Those shows included horror movies,comedies and dramas...etc.After the film showings,it's now the time for gazing stars!there were binoculars and telescope made ready for he watchers.I really enjoyed it,although it was very cold and we all were shivering..I haven't experienced stargazing in other schools.Maybe next week or next month...I'm not sure.They're still planning it.
°Does gazing stars tiresome?
The answer is no.Not really tiresome.In fact,you'll enjoy it.Yeah,I'm sure you'll enjoy it(especially when you're curious about stars).There are people like Mme.Gallo who are always ready to answer your questions...and to question your answers(joke).When the night is clear,and the stars Will connect each other to form a shape called"constellation" is the most fantastic scene.There are even times,when the night is really very clear,that you will see some planets.Planet like the Saturn(which is easily seen because of its yellow color),the Venus(the morning and the evening star),of course, which shines brightly, and sometimes, the Mars(which is easily seen at specific times because of its red color).
°What are some of the rare or some unexpected things that can happen in a stargazing?
Nah! you have asked it.Very many!You can even witness meteor showers early dawn!In constellations,like Orion,by using a telescope--or even binoculars,you will see the nebulas.In the constellation Orion(a constellation easily seen because of its belt)you can really see the three nebulas in its skirt.We call it the "Tres Marias".Sometimes, when you're lucky enough,to have a nice climate and fine whether..eclipses occurs.You can really see the overlapping of two heavenly bodies which you can tell to your relatives.It's unique scene would probably make you understand some things in life.
°Am I still joining the stargazers society next year?
For sure--only, the problem is that...Mme.Gallo will be resigning next year.She is the adviser of the Stargazers Society,but I'm sure someone will take her place...

Comes a Time

Time goes fastly.It can't be brought back so you should make the most out of it while it is still early.
Every second, every minute and every hour that was wasted cannot be rewind.You need something every time..
For example..You need to breathe(joke!).It's true...don't forget o breathe huh!!..or else you'll see your name in a block of cement.(ha ha!!).
There comes a time when you need to sacrifice;
you need to sacrifice for someone.It's hard to exchange your desire for someones.That's why it is called sacrifice!
There comes a time when you need to choose;
choose whether the one you love or the one who loves you(hard choice right!).It's very hard to choose when the situation's like this one.Many people say that if they had to choose which one they would like to be with..they would choose the one they love because this is the reason why they are living.Others,however,chose the one who loves them.
There comes a time when someone needs to say good-bye to you;
Not all last forever.Friendships don't last forever(only when you're that close).Love don't last forever(only when you're meant to be with that guy or gal).Someone has to say good-bye to0 someone else, and that "someone else" has to accept it.
There comes a time when you need to tell others good-bye to you or good-bye to all of you;
Even you--won't last a lifetime.Don't be too sure that you can do all this and all that or all your promises because we don't know what will happen to us after this very moment.
There comes a time when you need someone; someone to hold, someone to love, someone who would take care of you and someone you can lean on.
There comes a time when someone will need you;
It is now the time for you to realize that you are not alone in this world.
There comes a time when you are alone;
It is the perfect time for you to realize that the world had turned its back on you--that it is now against you...
There's a time that you will regret your mistakes;
mistakes that cannot be arrange again.Tears of regrets will torn you apart...but I'm pretty sure that you will find someone to lean on...so don't worry about it too much..
There comes a time when you realize that you aren't alone in this world;
As what this quote saysWhen one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us

Meow..That's right

Purr..Purr..sounds the cat when it sleeps.
Did any of you know that i am fond of CATS? meoww...that's right.
I really like cats.In fact,I already have..uhm....
wait a minute..let me count it..
Ahh..I can't recall it anymore.Probably I already have about...5 or 6.
Let me introduce first my recruited cats to all of you..
I had a cat which is purely..white fur and round blue eyes.He is a malaysian cat.I have a cat which is orange in color(joke!).He is brown in color...but he looks like a tiger.He has this pattern of colors, like that of a tiger,all around his body.Of all my cats,he is the most smallest and the most playful one.
I am very meticulous when it comes to names...so I named him..."Kelchieyh'(nice spelling huh!).
I am very fond of him.One year older than him is "Bleachieyh".By the name itself, he is bleached.His color is a black and white.His white part is like bleached.It's very white and soft while the black part was as black as coal.He has a very soft voice.I had even mistaken his voice as that of a rat's!The two of them(Bleachieyh and Kelchieyh) get along with each other.They never fight,except for games,of course.
When i was younger,I had owned two other cats.I can't remember there names.All I remembered was that one is a male and the other female.The male cat has a pattern of colors, like that of a tiger(like Kelchieyh's) but it is black.He is a fat and big one.He always plays with me under the table when I was younger(that's all I remember) and, sadly, he's already dead.I don't know what had become of the female cat but she has a pattern like that of Bleachieyh's, but instead of black, she is brown in color.She was given to my uncle because my father was afraid that when we play,one claw of her's might hit my eye.
Back to my malaysian cat,i was also fond of him.Although he has a sight problem.He didn't bother us.At night, he would go out our house and frighten those passersby.
They said that my cat always leaps from one stone to the other, and would strike a frightening look.
And, beacuse of it's color, many passersby would be afraid.I just laugh at their testimonies...(haha)
The most huggable cat I've ever had was "Bleachieyh".He purrs whether he is asleep or not.He has a round tummy and is very heavy.He is the most huggable................
but the most Maldita cat I've ever had.He don't even allow strangers to touch her fur..only us.
I don't know what are in cats that makes me like them.I just think they make my day complete.During weekends(when i got nothing to do),I often visit my aunt.They had this cat which is black in color.It's as black as soot and has green eyes...
I am planning to have a black cat soon...
